Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. If you need to cancel after 12 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

To cancel an order, simply log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the order you wish to cancel. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Please note that once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you can return the item(s) following our return policy.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem fraudulent or that violates our terms of service. If your order is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified via email.

 

Custom or Personalized Items: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.


Refund Processing Time: If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or financial institution.

 

Cancellation of Out-of-Stock Items: In the rare event that an item you've purchased is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be notified of any out-of-stock items, and a refund will be issued for the canceled items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
